- Implementation: We have local, on-the-ground teams to implement evidence-driven, adaptive programmes that can scale with integrity. We ensure quality through our partner management, rigorous risk management, quality controls and financial accounting processes.
- M&E and Reporting: We develop research and M&E frameworks to ensure monitoring, evaluation and reporting are tied to programme objectives and respond to emerging trends. We manage all aspects of stakeholder reporting to ensure accountability.
- Fund Management: Our MSME experts, local networks & rich understanding of funding mechanisms, enables us to disburse funds to relevant local and grassroots orgs. We facilitate relationships with both the funder and with small, on-the-ground partners.
