Who We Are
Agova is a women-owned, women-led, impact-driven consulting firm born and based out of Zambia and serving clients across Southern Africa. Agova supports MSMEs to thrive in a way that has a positive social and environmental impact, specifically businesses in the climate-resilient agriculture and green economy sectors. We work with public and private sector players to incubate and grow MSMEs and develop gold-standard insights on ‘what works’ to propel the MSME sector to grow and innovate. Over the past decade, we’ve supported micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), helping them grow sustainably while addressing key regional challenges. We’ve worked with over 8,300 MSMEs and impacted more than 300,000 farmers to date, providing them with the tools and knowledge to strengthen their businesses and livelihoods.

AGOVA INCUBATE
We incubate micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs), to foster growth in their target markets and prepare them to access financing. Agova-supported MSMEs see increased efficiency, scale, profits and work forces.
AGOVA IMPLEMENT
We provide programme and funding management services. This includes programme design and planning, direct implementation, evaluation and reporting. We act as an intermediary between funders and small, on-the-ground entities.
